Heddle & Doffer will accept returns of new, unopened, unused or unworn items within 30 days of receiving it for full refund. Please get in touch with us (hyperlink to email) and provide your order number. We can then advise of how and where to return your item.

You should expect to receive your refund or exchanged item within 14 days of the item being returned to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the return is due to an issue with the product at the fault of heddle & doffer.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please send an image of the item to info@heddleanddoffer.com and a refund or replacement will be sent over.

We are currently shipping to the U.K. We endeavour to ship your parcel within 1-2 working days from placing an order. All orders within the U.K. are sent using the Royal Mail First Class or Second Class service, with prices varying based on parcel size and weight. The First Class service should take 1-2 days to arrive which Second Class parcels take 2-4 days.

If we currently don’t offer shipping to your country, do get in touch here and we will see whether this can be an option for our store.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heddle & Doffer. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) will be your responsibility unless the item(s) are faulty or not as described.
